OHSAS 18001 by Joe Kausek is detailed, and reflects practical real-world experience. He gives may useful forms and examples, and excellent guidance on all aspects of implementation and auditing. The book which comes with a CD, is excellent value for money. I will read other books by Joe Kausek along the lines of management systems.

I find this 150 pages book(let) an excellent introduction to OHSAS 18001 auditing. I work as an OHSAS 18001 auditor for multinational companies myself. The book serves as a reminder and checklist for my work. I intend to use it in my teaching on Occupational Health Management Systems at the university. Very practical, concise, down to the point. Just as much as you need and not too much “bells and whistles” of unrelated and recycled stuff that you find so often in other books on these topics. Recommended for everyone who starts working in OHSAS 18001 auditing or who needs to prepare for certification.
