I’m reviewing research around workplace stress and found this book to be a great resource for the novice as well as the researcher. Easy to read but also broad and indepth enough to provide a colourful landscape of workplace stress. A little pricey but compared to the content quality of many other so called stress books, this one is well worth the extra coin.
